- All listings must comply with Dareshift’s guidelines and community standards.
4.2 Compliance with Laws
- Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while selling their games.
4.3 Pricing and Payments
- Vendors are responsible for setting their own prices. Dareshift may charge a fee for each transaction, which will be clearly communicated.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Account Creation
- Users must create an account to purchase games. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
5.2 Respectful Interaction
- Users must treat vendors and other users with respect and adhere to community standards. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
5.3 Payment Obligations
- Users are responsible for paying for all purchases made through the Dareshift marketplace.
6. Content Guidelines
6.1 Accessibility and Inclusivity
- All games listed must prioritize accessibility and inclusivity. Vendors must provide information on how their games accommodate diverse players.

7. Intellectual Property

- Users and vendors may not use Dareshift’s trademarks without prior written consent.
